Lawyer Professor Dr. Hans-Hermann Dirksen

Prof. Dirksen specializes in the law of digitization and industry 4.0 and advises on contract drafting and company formation in the field of intellectual property and new technologies.

Particular emphasis is placed on the drafting and negotiation of license and IT project agreements as well as on data protection law and the health care sector. Prof. Dr. Dirksen regularly lectures and publishes on current issues of IT law.

Prof. Dirksen studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel and subsequently completed his doctorate at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald with summa cum laude. He began working as a lawyer in 1995 and now works as a lawyer for commercial law in Frankfurt am Main.

In 2015 he was appointed to a professorship and today teaches the Department of Law of Digitization at the FOM in Frankfurt am Main
